Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Retro Bureau. Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Sustainable & Local Production
All our products are made-to-order. We partner with Gelato to print and produce your items locally in the country closest to you. This reduces carbon emissions, supports local businesses, and speeds up delivery times.
2. Processing & Production Time (Fulfillment)
Because we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed items, every order must go through production before it is shipped:
* **Production Time:** 2–4 business days.
* Please note that production times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is printed, it is handed over to our local courier partners (such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, or local postal services).
* **Estimated Shipping Time (Europe):** 2–5 business days.
* **Estimated Shipping Time (Rest of the world):** 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Retro Bureau is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, since we print locally in over 30 countries, customs fees are highly unlikely for domestic orders.
